Cristiano Ronaldo

Today I am going to tell you about Cristiano Ronaldo, who was born in a poor family and the doctors wrote the verdict that he could no longer play football due to heart disease is now one of the highest paid football player in the world. 

Ronaldo's mother was a cook of a school in Portugal. She needs to take the remaining food from the school to home to alleviate the hunger of her three children. That is when she became pregnant again the fourth time. When she realized that she cannot afford a fourth child in her poor family, she decided to abort the child by drinking hot beer several times. But by defeating the verdict he born on 5th February, 1985.

Cristiano's father who was a die hard fan of the actor Ronald Reagan named his fourth son as Cristiano Ronaldo. His father was a plantation worker. His father who was a football fan will always talks about football when he was free. Later his father taught him to play football. Slowly football turned into excitement for Ronaldo. 

After Cristiano's school time, he waits for his mother to come because only after  their mother had come, the four children will get the remaining food from school. 

All this time he had is football. He also cut off his class and jump out of the window for playing football on the ground. 

He was also a bad student of his class. Everytime his teacher asks his mother that how can he alleviate hunger with football. Although he was not ready to quit his passion. 

Cristiano's football life started by playing football in a local team when he was 8 years old. He practiced football much harder than others, so because of his hard work he was selected in the Nacional Club at his age of 10 and later he was also selected in Lisbon Portugal Club at his age of 12.

This time when he was presenting exciting performances to his team, he was faced by a heart disease. The doctors all wrote the verdict that he could no longer play football. But the Lisbon Portugal Club at their own risk subjected Cristiano to a laser treatment. When Cristiano was in the ICU, he did not even thought that he will become one of the highly paid footballer in the world. 

After the treatment Cristiano was not ready to rest for long, he worn his boot and entered the ground for match. 

Cristiano Ronaldo had won the Ballon d'Or award 5 times. Sometimes everyone may not like his play but if we hear the story of Cristiano Ronaldo, we may become his die hard fan because he had such an approach to the society. He don't use all the money he get of his own. He also donates a part of his wealth to society. He was also the ambassador of several organizations like Save the children, World vision, UNICEF etc. 

In 2011, he kept his Golden Boot for auction and he donated 1.2 million pound which he got from the auction for the education of children in Gaza. 

In 2013, he also kept his Ballon d'Or for auction and he donated 530000 pound to Make-a-wish foundation for treatment of children. He also spent his bonus for this kind of organizations. 

He maintains his body as a temple. He also donates his blood regularly, so for avoiding infections he didn't done even a single tatoo in his body. 

Ronaldo achieved his passion by working harder for his passion. So, no matter how bad is our situation around, if we work hard for our passion, one day we will meet the success. 

The best example for this is Cristiano Ronaldo. 

"If you are born poor, it's  not your mistake, but if you die poor it's your mistake "

So work harder for your passion until you achieve it.
